In short, we’ll do everything we need to ensure that your system is operating as well as possible and is fully protected at all times.

If you need advice or help, our trained technicians will be available whenever you need them.

If you do need us on site you can have that too, you’ll just pay a discounted rate for a call out.

If you decide not to opt for this level of cover we’ll still be there for you when you need us but in our experience, when we’re needed for an emergency job it is more costly to the business – in stress, data loss and time as well as financially – than planning ahead and budgeting a small monthly amount on preventative support.

Should I stick with or switch my IT technical support contract?
