IT Support Packages

  • Scheduled Health Checks: As part of our pro-active stance on computer support, we schedule regular health checks of your entire system. This is completed out-of-hours and helps us in keeping your system running smoothly with the obvious benefit to yourselves of a faster, cleaner system.
  • Pro-active System Monitoring - 24/7: We constantly monitor your entire system (Servers, Desktops and Network) and are informed of any errors that occur, or warning signs to indicate such, so that we may act before it becomes an issue to the end users. Support with this method means many problems are solved before your users are even aware of an issue and impact of major issues is significantly reduced.
  • Preventative Maintenance: Preventative maintenance is core to our support service. We aim for you to have no computer problems at all under our support, whilst this is an impossible scenario with computers, by regularly carrying out essential maintenance of your systems, ensuring everything is up to date, we keep things heading in the right direction.
  • Unlimited Remote Support: We provide you with unlimited telephone, email and remote access support for any problems you may experience. They are looked into promptly and usually solved within minutes of your call. We always use the latest secure remote support software to ensure your data and network is not at risk of unauthorised access.
  • Daily Backup and Anti-virus Checks: No company needs us to tell them the importance of backup and anti-virus in a business environment and we check daily to ensure everything is working as it should be.
  • Discounted Project Work: Project work that falls outside of our computer support package, such as Program or Website Development, is offered to our Support Package customers at a discounted rate.
  • Discounted or Unlimited On-site Support: When an issue can't be resolved remotely an engineer will come on-site to solve the problem. This is either included in the price (Unlimited On-Site Support package) or provided at a discounted hourly rate (Unlimited Remote Support package).
  • Direct Contact to Engineers: At CompuTask we hate going through multi-levelled helpdesk systems with their default checklists of things you must do, therefore we do not believe our customers should be put through this every time a problem occurs. You will always have direct contact to your Companies allocated engineers, via mobile and email, as well as being able to contact our central office at any time.
  • Allocated Engineers: With every CompuTask Support Package you are allocated a primary engineer and a number of secondary engineers relevant to your size. These engineers will get to know the workings of your computer systems and will be your direct points of contact. They will work alongside you to help ensure your IT systems run as smoothly as possible.
  • Mac, Linux, Blackberry, etc. Support: Unlike many Computer Support companies we support ALL computer systems at no additional costs - we will not charge you more just because you use a Linux server for example. We have in-house Mac, Linux and Blackberry experts, to name but a few, so do not have the need to outsource these services, all of which is beneficial to our customers.
  • Inclusive IT Consultancy & future planning: We provide all of our support package customers with free IT Consultancy and advise services, so whether you want to discuss the future viability of a new software package of what equipment may need replacing in the next 2 years, we will be there to help you accordingly.
